My account was hacked, my old email (nickita001@mail.ru).
It received a message that my Email: Email has changed and that I should appeal to you to support.
What should I do to recover my account?
I remember the keys to some games from this account - if you need it.

This is an issue only customer support can help you with. Did an actual person send you here ?
You ned to go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us again
You have the option to contact Customer Support them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available (at the bottom)
If the Live Chat option is not active for you, choose US as your country.
