My second account was hacked. They changed email and password. I can give you all info about this account. Please help me. I already send mail to http://support.ea.com/ ,but they are not answering.

Try this https://help.ea.com/contact-us

 

Choose Live Chat if possible. I'm thinking there are so many hacked accounts that they are seriously behind with answering emails. So you need to either wait until they get to your email or try live chat.

It will probably be a few days, they must have so many hacked accounts atm.

 

Try live chat if you don't get an email within 72 hours.
