Dear EA Customer Service,
I found out that my Origin Account was Banned. Two days before,I charged for Battlefiled V use PayPal,and today,I received refund automatically.
However, when I tried to log in Origin, I failed to do so , and a double check online indicated that my account has been banned.
I don't know what I have done wrong.
please unlock my account if you check it that I am a legal owner of Origin
