My account hacked? [ Edited ]

Hi, I started Origin today and find out that something was not correct. Im from germany and in my origin settings I saw this today :

At my "wohnsitz" = residence,  it says "germany" but in russian letters... i looked it up what it means on google. BUT I NEVER PUT THIS IN RUSSIAN LETTERS!
