My account get hacked and my username get changed, what should i do?

Hello, i have opened my origin account on July 2015 and i didn't use till i get NFS most wanted for free, i didn't play nor did i use my account till February when i purchased NFS hot pursuit on steam when i need EA game account to play online, i noticed that my user name has changed and the language of security question changed to Russian, i tried to enter the answer of security question but no use i think it's changed, the only thing that didn't change is my E-mail and password. i can't find the support for my country since i'm from Algeria, please i really want to get change my username and secure my account because i'm hesitated to buy more games then my account  will be permanently hacked and lose my access to it.
