My acc got hacked BUT I got it back. I need help with setting up the sec. ?'s

Its not that I cant find them or anything like that, its that the guy who hacked my account changed my personal question to something in Russian and I cant copy it and paste it into google translate so I don't even know what it says. I changed my password and everything but it would be nice to add the whole login verification so that this doesn't happen again. Also it'd be pretty nice to change my username from what he changed it to now. Is there an email I can contact or anything? I couldn't find one earlier. Thanks
