My Sims 4 Comment section is private?

I play the Sims 4 and upload my own sims in the gallery. I usually get comments on the posts I make, but I can't get overall comments on my profile. Someone called this to my attention one day when I made a sim for a challenge they had posted. They mentioned to me that my account was private and they couldn't comment on my profile's comment section. How can I change my account to public?

Hey @TsukkiSims 

Could you please check if your privacy profile on EA Account is set to public? You can do it by opening Origin, going to EA Account and Billing tab and then Privacy Settings.

Make sure that this setting is put to Everyone.
