I have submitted the web form for account recovery twice and twice the case was closed saying there is some issue with the information I submitted. I am lost here. Waste of money .

When submitting an account recovery form, it's best to be as complete as possible. The more information you can share, the easier it is to verify ownership and get things updated for you.
If you have access to the email on the account, or secondary email if you set it up prior to losing access, you can use those to verify, as well.
