Missing players from hacking!!!!

My account was hacked over a weekend in January and ea are refusing to do anything about it. I have spent over £1000 on Fifa points to get my team and it’s been taken away and I am out of pocket. I have chatted and called all to no avail. I have issues with anxiety and depression and this is making it worse I feel like they really want me to end it so I don’t annoy them anymore. The money I used was back dated money due to my health issues and I don’t have the means to replace £1000 of fifa points to get my team back

@EA_Darko Well you can’t speak to the team that deals with the cases on the levels that I require assistance with so what’s the point when ea punish me for speaking out!!!!
