Membership dispute

I have not been on Origin since July. I looked at an email dated 11/28/19 about redeeming an Origin Membership Code. I have not signed up for any membership. Can you tell what this is about.

Hi @joseph3336. 

We had a promotion a few months ago where signing up for two-factor authentication would add a free month of Origin Access to your account. If you already had two-factor authentication on your account you would also get a free month of membership as well. It sounds like the email you received was part of this promotion.
