It's not resolved. D: At least, it's not for me and it looks like a few others... It's still staying at 0% no matter what I do. I was able to get downloaded a couple DLC last night and maybe one went through today, but now it refuses to download anything. It goes through the process of downloading, but then says it's at 0% at the end.

Hi. For me, at each launch ORIGIN checks the files for all my DLC (ME 123, ANDROMEDA, DAO, BATTLEFIELD 1 and HARDLINE) and marks them as complete. However all DLCs are available in game and work perfectly. It does not bother me too much but I just wanted to mention it here.

Should be resolved, if not, clear your Origin cache:
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)
- close Origin completely. (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder. (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%AppData%" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder
- Delete the "Origin" folder inside the "Roaming" folder
- In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on the word "AppData".
- Open the "Local" folder
- Delete the "Origin" folder inside the "Local" folder
- Restart your PC. > test

@holger1405 Hi, as I mentioned earlier, I already did that. For good measure, I just did it again and the DLCs still get stuck at 0%.

What is your Origin version number?
If it is 10.5.22.1331 - 0 go to the next step. (if not post your Origin version number here)

Great to hear that you got your issue sorted @DonoWall69.
As this thread is quite old then I'm going to go ahead and lock it.
