Mac - sims 4 wont download

Hi,

I have recently bought the Sims 4 Bundle which includes 1 game and 2 stuff packs (perfect patio, spa day and luxury party stuff). I downloaded origin for mac an I redeemed the code after cretaing an EA account. Nothing happens as a sign of download only a circle turning (under my game) when I click on my profile name. This is really frustrating. I tried to reedem the code again but the message says it can not be redeemed again. Please help.

Please also be aware that if you have the base game downloaded, you will need to download the DLC separately, as described below.
