(Mac) reset origin through tool and now won't let me in

★ Novice

So... I had been unable to get into my origin account for two months because the warning "could not connect to server, please try again in a few minutes" Finally after deleting safari proxy it was fixed. Yesterday origin wouldnt let me do online connection and on here it said to reset origin through the tool which I did but now I'm getting the same message again and cannot get into origin. Please help I am getting ready to lose it

Sorry to see that you are having issues @El121600. Can I ask, are you using a wireless or wired connection? If you are on either could you try the other to see if it makes any difference? If possible could you set up your phone as a hotspot and try connecting through it to see if it makes a difference?

Can you ensure that Origin is fully up to date and I know that this may sound a little odd but a lot of times simply power cycling (turning it off and on again) your router can help.

Try the above and if nothing works take a look at the connection article here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Complete-Support-Origin-Connection-Issues/td-p/5019298

Let me know how you get on.
