MY SIMS 4 WONT INSTALL

im a big fan of the sims and my sims 4 wont install and ive worked my butt off to get the money to buy it and know its just gone to waste as when it downloaded it on origin it had the install button which i have clicked on loaded and it wont worked infact i have beeen trying everythink i know for 4 hours , clicking instal then leaving it , just clicking loads but nothing has worked also some one else has logged on to my account but i have changed my password know , does that have anythink to do with it please help cause iv just load all the money i had mileysad:

There are a couple of steps that you can try.

• Firewall and/or Antivirus are blocking the connection --> Add an exception for the Origin Client
• You have Proxies turned on --> Turn them off in your Internet settings.
• Reset your hosts file
• Make sure that you run Origin as administrator
• Check that you do not have any programs running that my cause conflict with Origin
• If that still does not help, please run a Clean Boot as this will help with stopping any other programs from interfering
