I requested a refund on ME: Andromeda the day I bought it (March, 28th) and have not received any information or updates on the status of the refund. On my order history it says that a refund was requested, but when I click on "see details" the next page says I don't have any open cases. I'd like to get this resolved and complete my refund.

I am sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
In some cases, the refund may take some time to fully processed. As soon as the refund is completed you should receive email letting you know it is completed.
Could you please keep an eye on your email for the next 48 hours and if you do not see an update, please reach out to our support via live chat or phone?
