Lost access to origin account email

The email address I used to make my origin account was compromised and I lost access to it. Now I cannot login due to verification because I can no longer access the email. I can't go into account settings and change email because everything requires email verification. I have tried contacting support multiple times about this issue and received no response. It has been marked as resolved without having even received a message in response. Is there anyway I can recover my account or are all my games just gone?
