This is a hacker [Name Removed - CM] I beat him in Madden now my account has his name as my account name. 

Is is there a way to report it or block him without messing my stuff up.

You misunderstood. The name you removed is now MY ACCOUNT NAME” LOSSBYVOODOO” he cheated and hacked and made HIS NAME my profile name.
