Login problem

Hello,

I have a problem with logging into my origin.  9 days with shows system message: ,,At the first login you must be online" . Message it writes the inscription at anything. From another PC it works! but it is not good at playing the 13th FIFA . I have good configured firewall and ESET too. I must reinstall Windows 7, or even a better solution?
