Hello
I was trying to log in using Origin aplication and Origin website but I was getting this message everytime: "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password."
I am 100% sure that I was using correct password.
I was able to change my password and I can now log in without issues... but I'm a bit concerned why this happened in the first place and why my password was not accepted. EA servers having some problems maybe?
I have found here: https://forums.ea.com/en/the-simpsons-tapped-out/discussion/82158/password-reset-by-ea-today that others had the same problem recently.
Can anyone explain what is going on?

In this case, I would recommend to contact EA directly. (If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.)
Let them have a look at your account, if the problem is not local they should see it.

The message "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password." can be an outage with the login servers from our side, or a security issue on the side of the player where sometimes they are asked to login again - this can for example be due to inactivity.
If this error occurs for you again then you can try to clear both the browser and Origin cache before relogging. And lastly, your account is still safe and secure so there is no need to worry about that.

Tried most fixes. Uninstalled origin, clear caches and more....still no luck

Still no luck. It is fine to log in to ea(here).
and i Get an error Even if i try to register a new account on origin(unavailable)

What did you do in Ea directly to fix it. How could you fix and then it worked?? can you pls tell me, its emergency!!!!! I have same problem and also I tried that at least 4 times but my account still doesn't work
