Locked out of ea.gr8people

Hello. I got locked out of my ea. Gr8people account - and now I dont even get the emails when trying to reset the account password. I cannot either create a new account as my name is already linked.

Can you please help me with this?

I'm afraid we don't really have a way to look into that directly here on Answers HQ. If you aren't receiving any password reset emails it sounds like they might be getting caught by a spam filter. Have you checked to see if the messages may have been sent to your spam/junk mail folders?
