Locked out of ea account

My PSN account is linked to another ea account with an email address that i have since been locked out of. I am not able to access this email address or my original ea account. Is there anything i can do. Thanks

@EA_Barry The form hasn't been working for months. Now it's not even available. The only option is callbacks. Which will result in agents that refer to the form I can't get to. Seriously?
