Locked Account Due to Unusual Acitvity

Hi,

Some context for my problem here, last year I have not been able to open Origin much because I was busy with my last semester in diploma.

Months later, I finally get some time to open up Origin and play some apex legends, I suddenly got an extra 2 friends with suspicious chinese usernames.

I then proceeded to unfriend them because I don't know who they were and changed my password.

Few minutes later, I got an email saying my account is locked.I proceeded to do the EA Help mumbo jumbo to gain access again.

THIS WAS IN MARCH 2020. HOW LONGER SHOULD I WAIT.

Please anyone, help me gain access, It'd be a pain to make a new account.

Did you complete all of the "mumbo jumbo"? 

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

Yes, I am sure that I have already submitted a case and filled out the webform that said an advisor would contact me in 72 hours,

but if I need to submit another I would gladly do so as long as I get access again soon and not another 2 months.
