We have tried multiple times with the method outlined in your link.  We are struggling to upload the Dragon Age Tapestry.  We can and have logged in with our EA account and our Xbox account on the EA site.  It still fails to automatically link our Xbox and EA accounts.  Any additional information or help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
