Legend of Kyrandia - Independent Developer Looking to Stake a Claim in the World

★★★ Newbie

Hello,

I am a student software developer close to finishing my BA in Software Development.

In the early 90's, Westwood studios had released a series of games titled The Legend of Kyrandia. Point-and-click style games packed with lush detail, magic, and wild adventures.

Over the years, Westwood studios had been taken under the wing of Electronic Arts, and along with it went the rights to Kyrandia.

GOG had worked out a deal with EA to distribute copies of the original three titles, and I am curious if EA would be willing to work with, or hear out an eager independent developer in possibly extending the story with a fourth installment to the series.

Thank you

We recognize and appreciate the effort that goes into game and product ideas and submissions. We have thousands of employees worldwide who are constantly generating and developing games and new game features. Some of these ideas see the light of day, but many do not. Because of our creative scope, we do not accept unsolicited product ideas or game concepts from people outside of Electronic Arts.
