I have an EA account but I cant access my acoount. because I turned on my security settings to LOGIN VERIFICATION. so I have an microsoft account but LOGIN VERIFICATION needs google acoount. and I cant take my 6-digit verification code. what can I do?

You will require the assistance of a Game Advisor for any account changes that you are unable to make yourself.
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ -- do not use a mobile device to contact us
2. Select your country from the upper left corner. If it isn't listed, try US or UK
3. Select Game, click Next
4. Select Platform, click Next
5. Select Topic and Issue and give a description, click Next
6. Select the method in which you want to contact us
7. Some contact options might not be available depending on the time at which you place your request
Doesn't work? Select another game, topic or issue. You can also press F5 to reload the page or try another browser.
Unable to login on your account? Click "Having trouble accessing your account?" at the bottom right of the screen, during the login step.

You are unable to view or copy your code? You are unable to access your account? You are unable to receive a code?
Your issue isn't perfectly clear to me at the moment, please elaborate further. I would still like to add that for all account management changes, you will have to contact our live support.

I have the same problem you ! I've been for months trying to contact support live chat but nothing .. the screen freezes here and not get any game advisor for help :

EA support is lousy ! There is not even an e-mail where to send your request for help , and the only thing that I know say it is a copy and paste of the usual answer .. outrageous!

Any account changes can be made only via Live Phone support or Chat support. The email support cannot do anything in this as it requires your account ownership verification, which is possible only if you contact them on live chat support or via phone support. In this case it will be best to contact EA Customer Support to get assistance. It would be helpful to have all your account information ready. You can contact them here :

If you are unable to sign in, you can choose the option Having trouble accessing your account? on the Sign In page.
Please note that selecting Manage My Account and then Account Security may not always give the option to contact Live Chat support.
I saw your post where you were getting stuck. What happens when you press "Complete"? Does it stays stuck there? Some people reported that this issue occurs in Chrome and so try a different browser. If you want to do it on Live Chat, try selecting any other categories than the one I have listed above. Keep trying it till you get the option Live Chat.

I have already tried to do the live support from 2 months without resolving anything , I tried it with chrome and also with Internet Explorer , no nothing . If I press "complete" me back to this page https://help.ea.com/uk/origin/origin/
