Key redemption error

Good morning,
I bought a key outside Origin and tried to redeem it via Origin App.

However, I get the following error: "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code."


Could you please help me solve this problem?

If you're still having trouble redeeming the code I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to confirm that it's a valid, unused code.
