Keine Bestetigung für Einkauf

hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Einkauf. Ich habe am 11.06.14 ein Einkauf gemacht und noch keine Bestätigung bekommen aber Geld wurden Überwiesen. In Bestellverlauf in Origin steht Bestellung "WIERD VEARBEITET". Mein Bestellnummer lautet 1000902156825. Ich möchte meine Spiele endlich haben , oder bekommen mein Geld zurück haben. Ich habe so viele Geld dafür bezahlt und möchte dafür was haben.Helfen Sie mir bitte ich kann nicht mher so lange warten.
