Issues with adding Friends thru Origin!

If you turn off all NOTIFICATIONS & your not aware others are sending friends request TO YOU, simply UNHIDE your chat box located in the BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER. I've had numerous people whom DON'T KNOW HOW to ACCEPT A FRIENDS REQUEST. There needs to be a solution to make a POP-UP box when you receive a friends request!
