Code Redemption Not Working?

i had the same issue, both origin the program on my pc and the website wouldnt load the screen just like you said, but just now it worked? maybe their servers are overworked right now? dunno

The window in the Origin client now works for me.

Better add all those keys now, who knows for how long it will stay!

seem I get the error on program orgin also en try in chrome to https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/redemption/index 

then try in egde ( windows browser ) to my EA acount and is working.
