Is it BF4 Premium in the Vault or just base game?

If I join origin access, do I get "FULL" access to all the games and dlc? 

For example, I want to buy BF4 premium which is $24 right now, but if I join origin access for $4.99/month do I get BF4 premium or just BF4 base game in the vault?

Yup, that reference is valid. As you can see here, the vault contains the Premium Edition of Battlefield 4: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/origin-access#vault

This premium edition contains both the base game as well as all the expansions for the game, as listed under details in the product description here: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/buy/battlefield-4/pc-download/base-game/premium-edition#details

Please note that you will lose access to the game again if you leave Origin Access in the future.

If I join access, then decide I don't play enough or just like BF4 and quit, but then buy BF4 alone, would I keep my stats and achievements?

@Farrsolo Yes, you would still have access to your stats and achievements, as long as you purchase/register the game on the same EA account you had been playing on.

Note that you will get a 10% discount on your purchase if you purchase while your Origin Access subscription is still active. So if you are planning on doing that, make sure that you purchase before the subscription expires.
