This appears to be an issue with some Visual C++ files, possible due to not having sufficient rights to install them on your system.

Please download the linked file: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4

Now run the file as administrator: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/
