Nope. On April 22, I was sent the code on console and I replied three minutes later. I have no news since then. I'm sorry to say that the headache continues. I'm not really sure what else to do at this point. I get that things are tense now, but this has been literally two weeks. I am beyond frustrated, as are many people who are having similar issues. If you look around different boards and posts online, this doesn't seem to be an uncommon issue, unfortunately.

I looked through your cases again, and it looks like the EA Help team most recently sent you an email back on the 1st of May. Did you ever see that email? If not, can you take another look and see if you got it? 

 

The email might have been caught up in a spam filter, so be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders if it's not in your inbox.
