A large number of websites hosted off of help.ea.com are currenlty returning Error 500. Contact Us? Error 500. Request Refund? Error 500. My Cases? Error 500. Tried calling the support number which now has an automated voice saying to go to help.ea.com and click Contact Us to talk with a Game Advisor but all that generate is - you guessed it - Error 500. Links to origin.com work without issue but that's not what I need.
One of these days I'll be able to contact EA Support in a manner that doesn't involve breaking the laws of physics to avoid falling into another perpetual loop of failure.
