Is there any way to install my Sims 4 game any faster? It took 10 minutes to get to 1%!!!

There are a few things you could try:

1. Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot
2. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
3. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator
