Installation Failed Error

Hey all,

I just recently had to factory reset my desktop and I am just reinstalling my Sims 4 games(via Disc), I have the main game is on my origin account and when I try to add Sims 4 Get to Work (via Disc) it's not showing up in my origin account and when I try to type the code in, it says it has been redeem (which was by me) and when I try it via the disc it is coming up with
"Installation Failed, We're sorry, there was a problem while installing The Sims 4 Get to Work. You can try installing The Sims 4 Get to work again, or you can download it from your game library"|

I only have The Sims 4 in my game library, so I do not know what to do...SUGGESTIONS?

If You have installed game from disk, than rename/backup this folder, then start download this game in Origin, stop it, close Origin, replace games files in Origin this game folder with files in folder that you renamed/backed...
