I want to talk about something you don't mention above: ineligible account
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me

How can we reproduce this experience? Please dont reproduce this issue

"ineligible account" Get rid of the need for an ea account to play games on xbox and you would save tens of thousand of people the trouble of dealing with the non existence of ea customer support
