Hello, I am trying to access my inbox, but it says "access denied" even though I am definitely signed in to my account. The "Access denied" screen sent me here to get help. Thanks in advance!

I mean I can't access my inbox here on Answers HQ. When I click my username and select Inbox on the dropdown menu, it says access denied.I play sims 4.
