If i cancel a pre-order do i get my money back

I cancelled my Pre-order of Star Wars Battlefront: Deluxe Edition and then bought the Ultimate Edition, mainly cause I wanted all of the pre-order stuff that wasn't around way back when I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition.

Now my question is, since I have canceled my previous pre-order will I be getting my $70 back that was spent on it?

I mean, I assume cancelling your order would be a refund...

@TrueMisfit You are generally not charged for pre-orders until slightly before release. Have you double checked that you were actually charged already?

I looked through my transactions again and I do not see an actual charge, I guess I assumed I was already (poor money manager here!).

WELL I just cancel my ultimate edition because the preload thing doesn't work and i wanted to buy it again it said i was billed for it so im guessing i  paid for it now i just want the ultimate edition back please!
