If I permanently delete a game from my account, will I be able to buy it again?

I was wondering if I would be able to reset my game progress by deleting the game, then re-buying it.

You are playing which game and on which platform. Many games allow you to start new games from scratch. Also, when you uninstall a game on PC, you don't need to re-buy it, you just install it again.
