If I Uninstall a game, can I use the game code again?

Hello.

Is it possible to Uninstall a game off my old account and use the game code again on my new account?

I'm in a dilemma as I still want to use the game, but on my new account instead of my old one.

Can anyone help me?

as i said: "After you use the code, it will become useless".

if you uninstall the game, it will be saved in your origin library and you could download it whenever you want, once code is being used, it will become useless.
