I realized two purchases of the same product The Sims 4 - Retreat outdoors in Origin, but not because I wanted to. The first purchase was given problem when efetuei by saying my card had not been approved, then tried to debit the account and also went wrong. When I through another card then it worked. But I received e-mails concerning two completed purchases. So I tried to contact them but could not find a way to get in touch. Not by emal or by phone. It is absurd that.
