Hi. I have a duplicate account and I wanted to delete the one without any game on it. However, I logged on to the wrong account and made a request to delete the account. I noticed the problem so I stopped the case by pressing resolved. The case is paused now. I tried to use the online chat to get someone to to confirm that my account will not be deleted. But I waited for a long time and no one was online. I also called support (I am in Australia) and support in Australia is now closed so I called the support in UK. The wait was 55 minutes and I waited for 26 minutes before the line suddenly disconnect. I am too afraid to turn off my computer or log off my account because I am worried that my account will be deleted and I have a few hundred dollars of games on my account. If you have an answer, please reply. I am desperate for help. It's 10:50pm and I want to go to sleep.
