I reset origin without backing up my game, and now my game is gone!

After my origin wasn't working to start with, I reset the game without backing it up. When I logged back in to my origin account it was gone! A message on the screen says that servers are down and they can't retrieve my games, but I know it has something to do with my game being reset, I waited like 10 hours to try and log back on again and still nothing happened. Please help I'm desperate!

Hey @ToriBWraps 

Could you please try to manually uninstall Origin "hard way", clear your registry files with CCleaner and then download the latest version of Origin from our website?
