I have been receiving EA certification codes that do not belong to me for half a year.
Originally suspected that the account has become compromised.
But contacting EA service said my account is safe.
And some time when i logging my account.
I can't receive the verification code by using mobile phone SMS or call the phone.
Is there any way to improve the above problems?
Already turn on two step verification.
The picture below is a verification code SMS I received but that it does not belong to me.

It does look like someone else may be trying to access your EA Account. Fortunately since they're unable to get the verification codes they wouldn't be able to actually log in. When you've got the chance I'd recommend taking a look at the following article for some info on how you can make sure that your account remains secure:

That said, if you're not receiving the login verification codes when you're trying to log in the EA Help team would need to take a look and help out with that. I'm afraid that we don't have a way to help with account-related issues here on Answers HQ. You can find more details on how to reach them over at the EA Help website.
