So I did what the EA employee told me to do and added the two types of proof of purchase there was and added to the case but I have not gotten any feedback I need help

I did do all of this I’m asking if there is like a ETA for how long till my item arrives because it is limited time. For the item

Hey @Magneticnoob we are not able to assist with account and billing issues on AHQ so the best thing to do is to speak with our live support again to see what they say.
