I paid for my basic membership to play Sims 4 but origin doesn't let me play

I paid for the basic origin membership to play the sims 4 but it won't let me launch the game, it docent give me the option to play the game basically

It sounds like you are playing on a Mac but have purchased Origin Access which is a PC only subscription service.

Like the app basically tells me to download the game for Mac but then once I click the link it tells me to see my library but when I go to the library the process repeats.
