I need to recover my security Question. I cant do Nothing in my account cause i forgot or some other people changed my account &  Security Question . I had received several security emails from EA sying that other people connect to my account from other country. ... Thanks

Hi!
If your account was hacked please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
2. From games list choose Origin
3. Select your platform
4. Pick the right topic. In your case, it is ''Manage my account"
5. Select issue (Hacked account)
6. Select contact option
