I made my account while a go my email that I used was very old from my primary school and I can't access it any more and I wanted to change the email but it won't let me log into my old email also purchased some stuff on the account which I don't want to lose.

The Account Recovery team should be able to help out with that. They'll work on verifying the account with you to get that email updated. 

You can set up a case with them by filling out the account recovery form over at the EA Help website. The team will get back to you via email as soon as possible, so keep an eye out for a reply at the email you provide when you fill out the form.
