When I click the Sims 4 icon to play it, it brings me to the origin client and asks me to activate my game again in order to play it. When I enter my product code in, it says the game is already redeemed. I've played the game many times before without this problem. What do I do?

You can only redeem a code once. It's very possible that you're logged in under a different account. Since you still have that code, please contact our Live-Support team so they can help locate the account it was redeemed on.

It happened on all the accounts I used, including the original. Now there's no way I can play Sims 4.
