I have emailed EA but no response

I have read the Community Tournament Guidelines and I have sent an email to [edit: email address removed]. but I got no response, I have been trying to start a tournament for weeks now and I thought that EA might be able to help me create a tournaments for my community, but I haven't gotten a response from them yet and its worrying both me and the members of my community. Would love some help on this
